Is the product in stock?

We have most of our products in stock. However, depending on the quantity of your order and other additional requests you may have, the process could be longer.

How do I place an order?

ARX Sciences provides both offline ordering for our customers. Online Ordering will be available in the near future.

In addition, you may also need to provide the following information to complete your order:

  • Product name, code, quantity, and the additional requests for your customized products.
  • Shipping and Billing address.
  • Payment information.
  • Your order-related information such as phone number, email address, etc.

How do I know if ARX Sciences has received my order?

ARX Sciences will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. We will send you a second email with your tracking details when we have shipped your order.

Do you offer product samples before I make a full purchase?

Of course! We offer trial-sized samples for testing purposes. We also offer a replacement or refund when needed. Please contact our sales specialists for more information.
