Chlamydia trachomatis MOMP Ab

Goat purified IgG fraction of antiserum to the Major Outer Membrane Protein (MOMP) of Chlamydia trachomatis. The immunogen is purified MOMP of strain L2. Does not react with Chlamydia psittaci and Chlamydia pneumoniae in MIF. Negative versus HEp-2 cells and egg yolk sac. Purity is >95% IgG and is supplied at a concentration of 4-5mg/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Recommend short term storage at 2-8°C or frozen for long term.
