E. coli O157 Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG1 antibody for the “O” antigen of E. coli serotype O157. Functions in ELISA and IFA. For ELISA pairing, use as conjugate antibody with either MGM-ECO157-AE02, MGM-ECO157-AE03 or MGM-ECO157-AE04 as the capture antibody. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
