Helicobacter pylori Ab

Rabbit purified IgG fraction of antiserum to Helicobacter pylori whole cell lysate. The immunogen is ATCC strain 43504. Antiserum is not absorbed and may cross-react with related microorganisms. Works with formalin-fixed specimens in IHC. Purity is >95% IgG and is supplied at a concentration of 4-5mg/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Recommend short term storage at 2-8°C or frozen for long term.
