Herpes simplex virus Type 2 Ab

Sheep purified IgG fraction of antiserum to Herpes simplex virus type 2. The immunogen is HSV 2, strain G. Will cross react with HSV type 1 at a titer of 1:512 by indirect immunofluorescence. Does not react with HEP-2 cells. Works in ELISA, IFA and WB. Purity is >95% IgG and is supplied at a concentration of 4-5mg/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Recommend short term storage at 2-8°C or frozen for long term.
