HIV-1 gp41 Ab

Goat purified IgG fraction of antiserum to a.a.546-a.a.682 sequence from strain HxB2. The immunogen is recombinant (P. Pastoris) ectodomain of gp41 (glycosylated). Does not react with human T or B cells. Also does not react with human or bovine serum. Purity is >95% IgG and is supplied at a concentration of 4-5mg/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Recommend short term storage at 2-8°C or frozen for long term.
