Metapneumovirus Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG2a antibody for the matrix protein of human metapneumovirus. Does not cross-react with RSV, Influenz A, Influenza B, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza viruses 1, 2 and 3. Will react with hMPV genotypes A and B. Works in ELISA, LF and IFA. For lateral flow, pair as the conjugate antibody with MGM-HMPV-AE01 as the capture antibody. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
