Mycoplasma pneumoniae Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG1 antibody reactive with 70 and 80 kDa WB bands of Mycoplasma pneumuoniae. Non-reactive with uninfected cells. Works in IFA, WB and ELISA. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
