Rotavirus Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG2b antibody reactive with intact virus of strains RRV, WA, SA11 and bovine Rotavirus. For ELISA, pair as the conjugate antibody with MGM-RTA-AE01 as the capture antibody. Also works in LF Immunostains cells. Non-reactive with Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Adenovirus, Para 1, Para 2, Para 3, Adenovirus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, H. pylori and mammalian cells. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
