Salmonella LPS Core Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG3 antibody for the common LPS core of all Salmonellae tested (O-serogroups A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E3, E4, F, G1 and G2). Works in ELISA and IFA. For ELISA with LPS extraction, best paired as the conjugate antibody with either MGM-SAMC-AE001 or MGM-SAMC-AE02 as the capture antibody. Non-reactive with E/ coli, Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, Shigella, Proteus and Legionella. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
