Salmonella LPS Core Ab

Murine monoclonal IgG2a antibody for the common LPS core of all Salmonellae tested (O-serogroups A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E3, E4, F, G1 and G2). Works in ELISA and IFA. For ELISA with LPS extraction, best paired as the capture antibody with either MGM-SAMC-AE003 or MGM-SAMC-AE04 as the conjugate antibody. Non-reactive with E/ coli, Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, Shigella, Proteus and Legionella. Greater than 90% pure supplied at 100ug/mL in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1mL and conatins no stabilizers and should be stored at 2-8°C until use.
